Gem of Midcentury Design

In the middle of Grinzing, one of the most beautiful places in Vienna and one of the city’s main attractions, this uniquely designed two-storey apartment is located in a large park dotted with fascinating old trees. The interior planned in the 1960s by internationally renowned architects Otto Niedermoser (Werkbund) and Carl Auböck was delicately refurbished in 2017. Additional furniture by Josef Hoffmann, Artemide, Thonet, Matteo Grassi and others.

Two bedrooms and an extra bed in the library offer undisturbed sleep for up to 4 guests.

Several beautifully designed sitting areas in the library, in the dining room and on the balcony invite you to have a seat and relax. Or maybe you prefer getting inspired by the outlook at mount Kahlenberg while sitting at the writing desk?

The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic kitchen stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a spacious top-tier refridgerator and a new deep freezer.

The bathroom has been newly built in 2017 and was designed to fit in with the original style of the apartment’s interior. It is equipped with an extra large shower cubicle, a hair drier and a modern top-loader washing machine.

Fast Wi-Fi and a 43’’ 4k smart TV will keep you connected.
